A Deluxe Room suffered from major cleanliness issues, with dirty bedsheets, a disgusting mattress protector filled with hair, and an overall unclean floor and bathroom. The toilet constantly malfunctioned, flushing every 10-20 seconds, and was visibly damaged, leading to a terrible sleep experience. After two nights of disturbances, the mattress protector was removed, leaving guests on a dirty mattress without proper bedding protection. The inability to address these maintenance problems promptly also detracted from the stay. Furthermore, the door lock required a specific technique to operate, complicating entry to the room.

The location is fantastic, just 10 minutes from the Colosseum. The shower box is very tight, which is uncomfortable.

The comfiest bed of our trip, seriously, these beds are amazing. Perfect location to explore nearby monuments and restaurants. Only a short walk from the train station. The host is really kind and gave us awesome local tips. We'd definitely stay here again! 😊

The location was just perfect, bless your heart! Everything we wanted was just a hop, skip, and jump away. The room was clean and real cozy. Folks at the front desk were friendly, always ready to lend a helping hand. Just wish y’all had more breakfast options around, though.

Great spot! We stayed in a Deluxe Room for one night. Perfect location, just a short walk to the Colosseum and near Cavour metro station. The room was clean and comfy, and the complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch. Joy, the manager, was super welcoming. 😊

Cleanliness exceeded expectations, and the host was incredibly helpful, offering assistance with my luggage and providing clear directions to popular spots. The location, while close to great dining options, could get a bit noisy from street traffic. Additionally, free coffee and tea were a nice touch during the stay.

It was just a good match for a weekend respite in Rome with a reasonable price. We appreciated the free coffee and tea available during our stay, which was a nice touch. Bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper, as it can get noisy.

comfortable stay with great staff
The room was very clean, which I truly appreciated during my two nights there. It was also conveniently located just a short walk away from the termini train station and almost next to the stunning Santa Maria Maggiore. The staff were exceptionally friendly, always ready to assist, and I loved having the option to store my luggage without extra charge after checking out.
Though the location was convenient, street noise could be a bit disturbing at night.

The location was a highlight, just a 10-minute stroll to the Colosseum and surrounded by great restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and clean, offering decent value for the price. However, the absence of breakfast options was disappointing, and street noise was noticeable at night, making it tough for light sleepers. The air conditioning worked well, which helped maintain comfort after days of sightseeing.
